Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for senior-level technology roles, including CEO, CTO, VP Engineering, and Product Management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, including advanced online research, networking, and database utilization.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients within the technology ecosystem.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders at client organizations to understand their talent needs and provide expert market insights.

- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and best practices in executive search within the technology domain.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and search progress within the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with a demonstrated focus on the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully completing senior-level placements.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the technology industry landscape, trends, and key players.
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve targets in a remote, performance-oriented environment.
