The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated and performance-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 2+ years of experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment who’s ready to step into a role with more autonomy, ownership, and visibility.


As part of our internal talent team, you’ll be:

  • Owning the full 360 internal recruitment process – from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to on boarding top-tier recruitment talent.
  • Partnering directly with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, improve processes, and ensure a strong pipeline of talent aligned to growth plans.
  • Shaping employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to attract high-calibre candidates across our UK and international offices.
  • Mentoring junior TA consultants and helping embed best practices across the team.
  • Playing a pivotal role in helping Roc Search meet its aggressive headcount and expansion targets across our Reading HQ and international locations.
