Summary & Purpose of the Role:

Are you an experienced Administrator?
If so, we're looking for a talented and detail-oriented administrator to join our supportive and dynamic team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be providing a proactive and value-add service to a growing and successful business.
This is a Monday – Friday role and we can offer flexibility in working hours for the right candidate.
You’ll be based out of our Redditch office, but there is flexibility to work from home 3-4 days a week.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be providing essential support with activities such as:
- Interview scheduling
- Monitoring and managing the recruitment inbox
- Overseeing 3rd party right to work in the UK checks, criminal record checks and employment referencing
- Co-ordinating new starter onboarding activity
- Supporting line managers in completion of interview requests and onboarding tasks
Delivering a positive candidate experience is essential to Arcus, and your interactions as a Brand Ambassador is key to achieving this. Your administration and communication skills will be second to none, as is your ability to work with various systems, particularly Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Outlook.
Ensuring new starters have the legal right to work in the UK and that satisfactory checks have been completed is a key part of this role, and this may involve liaising with the provider and the candidate to resolve any blockages and keep the process moving, escalating any issues which arise.
It’ll be challenging working within a fast-paced high-pressure environment whilst working at pace, but with a supportive team, your strong attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to multi-task you’ll rise to this challenge.
Requirements
If you have strong admin experience (ideally in a recruitment environment, but not essential as training will be provided ) then we want to hear from you!

- Salary: up to £26,000 dependent on experience.
