The client is offering up to 27.50 per hour PAYE or 36.80 per hour Umbrella the role is Inside of IR35. This is a hybrid working opportunity with a minimum 3 days required on-site per week.
About the Role
Our client is seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment across technical and engineering disciplines. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from briefing to offer-while partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver top-tier talent.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage hard-to-find profiles. Your insights into the labour market will help shape our talent acquisition approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling, compliant, and inclusive job adverts
- Screen applications and support selection decisions
- Define and execute sourcing strategies using active, passive, and direct methods
- Lead interviews as the HR representative
- Use LinkedIn to build networks and source candidates
- Contribute to wider HR and TA projects
About You
- Proven recruitment experience-ideally a mix of agency and in-house/RPO
- Strong sourcing skills, especially for technical/engineering roles
- Confident communicator and trusted business partner
- Deep understanding of the labour market and recruitment challenges
- Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or defence sectors is highly desirable

My client is looking for two Talent Acquisition Partner to join my client to join on a contract between 6- 12 months. As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage every aspect of recruitment on your portfolio of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer stage, hiring a broad mix of skills. Predominantly focused on attracting and sourcing technical / engineering profiles, you'll need to use every technique you've gained as an experienced TA professional to find the best people

Pay: 36.80 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Location: Filton/Broughton - onsite 3 days per week

Skills & Experience
- Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote your vacancies.
- Screen applications, actively contribute to the candidate selection and decision-making process.
- Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (using a mix of passive, active and direct sourcing)
- Organise and conduct candidate interviews, leading and owning the interview process as the HR representative
- Use your experience and knowledge of the recruitment market to influence the Talent
Acquisition approach of the business - Use LinkedIn as your main tool for growing your network, gathering market intelligence and (through LinkedIn Recruiter) directly sourcing candidates.
- Support wider HR / Talent Acquisition projects
Experience
- Extensive recruitment experience, ideally from working as an agency Recruitment Consultant, combined with some experience of in-house / internal or RPO
- Ideally you will have recruited for technical or engineering skills and know what it takes to attract and engage the best people
- Strong sourcing and attraction skills, both proactive and reactive - proven experience in
sourcing difficult-to-find profiles - A comprehensive understanding of the labour market, the associated challenges and how to overcome them

As Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a structured, data-informed recruitment strategy that targets global academic and research talent to ensure our delivery of the Global Talent Fund objectives. Your focus will be on proactively identifying, engaging, and securing high-potential individually, particularly mid-career researchers and professors who can build and lead high-performing research teams in alignment with our institutional priorities.
