About the job We’re building the next generation of our Sport Data Platform — and we need a Senior Product Manager with real-world European sports and betting experience to help us shape it Reporting to our Chief Product Officer based in Melbourne Australia and working directly with our CTO in the UK, you’ll combine product expertise with deep market knowledge to ensure our platform is competitive, relevant, and commercially successful. You’ll conduct client research, develop user personas, identify product gaps, analyse competitors, and guide feature development — bringing the voice of the market into every decision we make. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, industry insight, and hands-on delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead product planning and delivery for the Sport Data Platform Bring expert knowledge of European sports and betting markets to guide strategy Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities Develop detailed customer personas and map user journeys Translate research findings into clear requirements for engineering teams Act as a product ambassador in client meetings and industry discussions About You 5 years in product management, product ownership, or senior product specialist roles Direct experience in sports betting and/or European sports industry Proven track record delivering complex platform or data products Strong analytical skills and experience with persona development and product gap analysis Confident communicator with both technical and commercial teams Please note that this is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will need to spend a couple of days a week with our team in either London or Leeds.
