**Job description**
Our Spring Insight Event is a week-long event taking place in our London and Edinburgh offices in April 2026 for students of all academic backgrounds who will graduate with an undergraduate or master's degree in 2028.
Spring Insight is an immersive experience into one of our business areas where you'll participate in work shadowing, a group project, networking and social events. By the end of the week, you'll be well on your way to being a true student of the markets. We think it's important to have an open mind about where you begin your career so you'll be able to apply to experience up to two functions.
**Important:**
Candidates can apply for **only one programme** (e.g., Spring Insight Programme **or** Placement Programme) and **up to two functions within that programme** (e.g., Investment Research and Analytics & Modeling). You must apply for both opportunities using the same programme application.
If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application for this programme this year.

Once you submit your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have up to five days to submit your pre-interview assessment; if you fail to do so, your application will be automatically withdrawn.
