Our Global Program Management (GPgM) business provides the structure, tools, techniques and process to deliver on this vision.

By connecting our expertise across services, markets, and geographies, we manage outcome-driven projects that deliver social, economic and environmental value. These include programs of critical national importance in defense, transport, water, clean energy, environmental clean-up, international development and disaster recovery, as well as the shaping of many of the worldu2019s major cities.

In line with our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a Sr Director, Capture Management to support capturing major new business in our Global Program Management Business Line (GPgM BL).

Due to the nature of this role, the location is flexible and can be remote / virtual with travel as and when required.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Growth, the successful candidate will direct and support major pursuits, strategic capture management efforts and sales for the GPgM BL in partnership with our Global and Regional Business Lines.

**Primary responsibilities for this position:**
Win major program management pursuits as the consultative sales process leader, contributing strategy, business development best practices and sales leadership to drive an integrated growth strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Capture Managers to close new program management business, drive our sales process, prepare and facilitate presentations, RFQ, RFP, and highly complex proposal responses, including contributing input to commercial proposals.
Assist developing and implementing the GPgM BL Growth Plan. Work with Global and Business Line Leaders, Regional Business Line Leaders and Client Account Managers (CAMs) to define growth targets and prioritize pursuits.
Coordinate with the overall GPgM Strategy and Growth Leadership
QA/QC, champion and drive the complete life cycle of the sales process.
Support building and maintaining a deep and diversified qualified opportunity pipeline.
Direct or assist Middle Game, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major transformative programs with current/prospective clients and internal partners.
Understand firm-wide capabilities and bring regional and global expertise to pursuits.
Bring discipline and rigor to the Go/No Go process and capture management planning phase.
Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that position AECOM around key opportunities.
Lead pursuit team strategy meetings and coach interview teams.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**
Bachelor's degree plus EXTENSIVE pursuits experience, including at a Director / Vice President Level, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, and at least 6 years of leadership experience.
Experience must demonstrate sales production metrics, demonstrated skills in business development strategy, team leadership, client discovery and development of compelling value propositions that meet clientu2019s needs.

**Preferred Qualifications :**
The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of sales production, specifically the winning of major pursuits.
They should also be high energy, outgoing and self-motivated with a track record of winning major pursuits, capturing new business, and driving integrated multidiscipline teams through a consultative sales process with Major and/or Global clients.
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the Program Management service line and one or more of our major markets (Buildings & Places, Environmental, Water, Transportation).

About the Role:
The Sr Director Market Planning - Fraud & Identity, EMEA is responsible for driving revenue objectives across the EMEA region by continuously evaluating performance, establishing measures, and implementing contingency plans to maximize regional performance. This role involves developing sales channel strategies, staying ahead of regional fraud and identity regulations, and providing thought leadership to stakeholders. Additionally, the director will support client relationships, represent LexisNexis Risk Solutions at industry events, and build and develop talent to achieve business objectives and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Commercial Achievement: Accountable for revenue objectives by the EMEA region. Reviews and evaluates Fraud & Identity performance on a continuing basis and establishes the proper measures of performance, inclusive of pricing and margin of services. Provides direction for modification and implementation of contingency plans in accordance with prevailing business conditions as required to maximize regional performance. Develops and recommends sales channel strategy utilizing market research and performance data to drive investment decisions.
+ Strategic Leadership: Directs the development of short- and long-range operating objectives that integrates country-level plans into a cohesive regional strategy to achieve maximum revenue growth for the business and allow us to offer differentiated capabilities that will solve evolving fraud and identity challenges.
+ Market and Regulatory Expertise: Stay at the forefront of evolving regional fraud and identity regulations, ensuring our solutions are ahead of the curve and always fully compliant. Provide thought leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on emerging trends and issues.
+ Client Engagement: Support relationships with key accounts, industry analysts and associations, public service organizations and vendors as necessary in the overall management of Fraud and Identity in the region.
+ Thought Leadership: Define our core Fraud and Identity messaging and representation of LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a subject matter expert at industry conferences, seminars, and events. Contribute thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and presentations to elevate our standing in the field.

Requirements:
+ 10+ years of experience with increasing strategy, product and P&L roles with a focus on fraud and identity and a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.

  • Administration Support - To provide technical and administrative support to allocated IFAs including pre-population of forms, money laundering, fact finds and management of incoming post. preparation of client review packs, research, illustrations, liaison with the paraplanning team as needed, preparation of new business packs and submission of new business cases for processing, coordination / oversight of payment requests
  • Maintenance of Client Records - ensuring all client data is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Continuous Process Improvements – Constantly look for ways to improve internal processes to support good client outcomes, highlighting any recommendations to the relevant stakeholders for review
  • Policies and Procedures – Ensure that all internal policies are adhered to, and actions are in line with FCA guidelines

  • Experience is required within a Financial Services IFA support role, with sound knowledge of a variety of modern platforms
