What You'll Do
You will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact multimedia storytelling experiences that enhance the way BCG employees learn, grow, and connect. You will be a passionate advocate for storytelling and creative content. From podcasts and videos to interactive digital formats and beyond, you’ll architect a diverse, compelling portfolio of learning content that brings BCG’s expertise and culture to life.
You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, L&D colleagues, subject matter experts, and creative teams to develop engaging learning narratives across multiple channels and formats. You’ll help leaders and content owners shape their ideas into multimedia series that educate, inspire, and empower our global staff. You’ll also drive innovation, continuously exploring new technologies and storytelling techniques that make learning experiences more human, memorable, and scalable.
This is a strategic and creative role requiring strong editorial judgment, digital content expertise, and a passion for storytelling that drives learner engagement and retention.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
*Multimedia Content Strategy & Development*
* Driving end-to-end strategy and execution for multimedia learning content—including podcasts, video series, motion graphics, audio-visual learning journeys, and interactive storytelling formats.
* Conducting needs analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to design learning narratives aligned with business and talent development goals.
* Creating and guiding story arcs, scripts, interview frameworks, and editorial outlines that translate complex ideas into digestible and engaging content.
* Coaching internal hosts and contributors to deliver authentic, confident, and audience-focused storytelling.
*Creative & Cross-Functional Leadership*
* Managing multiple concurrent projects across various media types and functions, while upholding editorial consistency and creative excellence.
* Working closely with Design Studios, L&D content leads, Change & Communications, and external vendors to bring multimedia concepts to life.
* Advising leaders and content owners on the most effective format and delivery approach to meet their goals.
* Providing editorial governance and support for an evolving content portfolio, including refresh cycles, performance monitoring, and scaling high-impact series.
*Innovation & Learner Experience*
* Keeping abreast of industry trends in digital storytelling, learning design, and multimedia engagement—and bringing fresh thinking to BCG’s internal learning experiences.
* Partnering with vendors and internal product teams to recommend enhancements to platforms and
* tools used to deliver multimedia content.
* Piloting new formats (e.g., microlearning video bursts, narrative simulations, immersive audio-visual journeys) to evolve the learning landscape at BCG.
*Measurement, Launch, & Continuous Improvement*
* Developing and implementing launch and engagement strategies to maximize visibility and learner uptake across platforms.
* Analyzing content performance through dashboards, feedback, and usage metrics—turning insights into continuous improvements.
* Driving scalable practices for content creation, publication, and governance, ensuring consistency and quality across all learning media.
*Marketing, Promotion and Audience Growth*
* Embedding audience engagement strategies from project inception, ensuring content is designed with clear, compelling value for learners.
* Collaborating with content owners and Change and Communications to plan and deliver targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and uptake.
* Developing creative promotional tactics—such as teaser trailers, internal social content, and launch events—to build buzz around key series and releases.
* Leveraging audience insights, platform analytics, and feedback loops to refine messaging and amplify content reach.
* Experimenting with new channels and formats to grow and diversify learner audiences across the multimedia storytelling portfolio.
What You'll Bring
* 7+ years of experience in multimedia content strategy, digital storytelling, journalism, corporate learning, or media production.
* Proven expertise developing engaging, high-quality content across audio, video, and interactive formats.
* Strong editorial and storytelling skills—capable of shaping ideas into compelling learning narratives for diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management and creative coaching.
* Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, audio/video editing software, animation platforms) and familiarity with content publishing platforms.
* Deep understanding of learner behaviour, digital learning ecosystems, and best practices for engagement in enterprise settings.
* Strategic thinker with a bias for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially at senior levels

Hourly Lecturer – Content Creation
Location: London
Salary: £25 - £39 per teaching hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Part time
SAE is part of AD Education, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, student recruitment and workforce education. SAE London is looking for knowledgeable and engaging educators to teach on our Content Creation degree modules in SAE Higher Education programmes under the guidance of the Academic and Programme Managers. The ability to deliver across a number of modules at all levels is desirable.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of the modules you are timetabled to facilitate, including developing and updating learning objects to be shared with students.
- Facilitating learning through a variety of methods.
- Planning students’ learning experience through lesson plans and deliverable course material.
- Timely marking of assessments, providing useful and on-going feedback to students.
- Pro-active involvement in campus events which promote SAE and our programmes.
Essential Criteria:
- Honours degree in a related field or significant relevant industry experience and, either PG Cert Education/HEA Membership,
- Ability to create and build on industry links.
- Experience in Content Creation and relevant practices in the field of marketing, graphic design, web development, social media campaigns.
- Concept development, project management and production skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- Must have rights to live and work in the UK.
Desirable Criteria:
- Higher Education teaching experience, within the field of education, including the creation of session plans and preparation of materials.
- Experience in project-based learning, using technology in learning, including VLE and other similar forms of facilitating learning.
