+ Work across sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive the VMware business in region.
+ Drive the creation of global demand generation and GTM plans to achieve Google Cloud and partner sales goals.

My client, a successful well-known international bank is looking for a Strategic People Partner to join their HR Management team to partner with one or more of their Execs/Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent management, culture, leadership development, organisational design and transformation to create and maintain a high performing agile workforce.
Main responsibilities:
- Understand the key strategic business goals and challenges
- Coach and influence the Executives/Senior Leaders to develop leadership capability and relationships amongst the teams
