As the Buyer , you will report directly to the Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials to meet project time lines, both planned and reactive. In your new role: Liaise with store personnel and internal teams to fulfil purchasing requirements across operational areas. Monitor and manage pricing agreements with key suppliers. Support stores in maintaining optimal stock levels. Develop and improve stocking and inventory processes to align with operational needs. Ensure pricing accuracy across all purchase orders, with particular focus during month-end. Investigate and resolve pricing or delivery discrepancies. Produce procurement reports as required. Assist in implementing and optimising procurement software and tools. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues where necessary.
