Summary:

  • The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75 per hour (independent contractor / 1099)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.

  • Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.

Student Support Administrator Main responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, handling queries in person, by phone and by email.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception service, ensuring a positive first impression of the Centre.
  • Support the administration of student services including enrolment, induction and issuing standard documentation.
  • Manage student and staff meeting room bookings and maintain communal areas, noticeboards and reception spaces.
  • Assist with student engagement by promoting social and cultural activities.
  • Provide administrative support including finance admin tasks (raising purchase orders and processing invoices), post handling, facility maintenance requests and stationery management.
  • Support centre tours, visitor management, and recruitment administration as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Student Services Team to ensure efficient and effective support is provided throughout the student journey.
