Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in operations management, with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles, managing large teams and complex operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain optimization techniques and lean methodologies.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with implementing new technologies in a logistics environment is highly desirable.
