Successful FMCG retail business require a Supply Chain Analyst. Applicants need previous experience in a; supply chain, merchandising, demand planning, forecasting, logistics, purchasing, order management or sales order processing role and analytical skills.

Look no further, my client are looking to hire a proactive and driven individual to join our team and take ownership of product availability and inventory performance for key customers.
Specific duties of the Supply Chain Analyst include:
- Managing stock availability and performance to meet internal and customer targets
- Collaborating with key customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time stock replenishment
- Leading range changes and supporting new product launches
- Forecasting demand monthly and planning for promotional events
- Identifying and resolving issues that affect stock efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Providing outstanding customer service through clear and timely communication
- Supporting the wider supply team with ad hoc tasks and analysis
Supply Chain Analyst applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a; Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Merchandising, Sales Order Processing, Order Management
- Experience within a FMCG or retail environment would be advantageous
- Strong IT skills - MS Excel, Power BI, or MRP, ERP
- Previous experience with forecasting
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A relationship builder - both internally and externally
- Proactive, positive, and resilient
