We have a very exciting opportunity to join a European tier 1 automotive supplier in a new role as they establish their UK operation which will play a key role in shaping supply chain performance while driving operational excellence.
As Supply Chain Manager you will have proven experience in establishing & developing supply chain operations and leading supply chain teams to lead and coordinate all Supply Chain activities in line with business objectives and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and implement supply chain strategy in line with company and plant objectives
  • Lead a cross-functional team and ensure alignment with KPIs and budget targets
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes: inbound, inventory, outbound, and production planning

  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and procurement.
  • Experience with supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • APICS or other relevant supply chain certifications are a plus.
