**Team/Role Overview**
We are a pan-sales global team dedicated to non-financial risk stripes including regulatory, compliance and conduct risks, with responsibility of ensuring a consistent risk mitigation for common sales controls across products and clusters. We focus on the remediation, enhancement and automation of Sales business processes and related controls, advocate for compliant sales practices, and the fair treatment of our clients all while promoting business objectives.
In this role the Markets Sales Non-Financial Risk and Controls Senior Analyst will join our team in Belfast and will be responsible for the implementation, oversight and/or execution of common sales business processes and controls. The senior analyst will work with various teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, as well as Legal, Compliance, and central functions to build and support a consistent controls framework and governance structure within Citi Markets Sales teams.
**What you'll do**
+ Assist with the design, implementation and maintenance of Sales Business processes enhancements and related policies, procedures and controls remediation.
+ Assist with control effectiveness assessments, results monitoring and senior management and/or BRCF reporting.
+ Support the firm's MCA transformation effort, with end-to-end risk assessment of sales practices, control-to-policy gap analysis and KPI/KRI/KOR reporting.
+ Respond to BAU queries and exceptions communicated by the central controls teams, front office and control effectiveness testers, including reviewing the outcomes with the control owners.
+ Develop and provide training specific to the business processes and/or controls within their coverage to Sales personnel.
+ Assist in monitoring adherence to relevant policies and procedures
+ Help drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and quality of control design assessments and controls testing.
**What we'll need from you**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

FICC Business Finance & Control forms part of the GBAM CFO Group and is a control and business advisory function to the business. The team's work primarily covers P&L, balance sheet and valuation controls with a dynamic book of work providing opportunities to make improvements to our work through varied project work. This role is supporting the EMEA Credit business, which is primarily market making in Credit Products such as CDS, Bonds and CDS Index within the EMEA and CEEMEA regions. **The Role:**
+ A member of the EMEA Credit BFC team within Chester covering Financial control, P&L and balance sheet controls, valuation controls and regulatory and audit interactions
+ Performing the calculation and analysis of valuation controls including IPV, valuation adjustments and prudent valuation adjustments, as well as ownership for quarterly disclosures.
