The Role
Role Overview
The Full Stack Cloud Native Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native applications, covering the full technology stack and emphasizing cloud-native principles, DevOps automation, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud-native solutions using modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, serverless).
- Lead architecture workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and cloud adoption strategies.
- Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Ensure adherence to cloud well-architected frameworks (AWS WAF, Azure CAF, Google Cloud Architecture) for scalability, security, and performance.
- Guide development teams in implementing microservices, API gateways, and service mesh patterns.
- Integrate observability, logging, and monitoring into all layers of the stack.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and DevSecOps practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, HTML/CSS) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Java, .NET Core).
- Proficiency with multiple IDEs such as Eclipse, Intellij, and/or Visual Code.
- Knowledge and experience performing application modernization assessments using popular tools and approaches.
