The TechnicalOperations Managerswill be site dedicated and report directly to theTechnical Food Safety Manager.Each TechnicalOperations Manageris responsible for ensuring all key responsibilities are managed and product meets Customer and Company standards for conformance and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities The TechnicalOperations Manageroversees the technical aspects of production ensuring compliance and the successful execution of processes and factory standards are upheld. Facilitate communication between technical team and other department goals. Represent the technical department at Lean Board meetings to drive continuous improvement. Plan, coordinate and implement technical projects to ensure success and achievement of objectives. Monitor and mitigate risks related to technical operations by conducting risk assessments and troubleshooting issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies. Prepare reports and present findings to Senior Management. Participate in the internal audits such as GMP, hygiene audits and systems audits. To assist in preparation and take part in external audits and visits. Management of non-conformance close outs and implement corrective actions. Assist in customer complaint investigations. Participate in NPD factory trials to support the development and successful implementation of new products. Ensure compliance with company protocol and policies when exercising disciplinary measures. Flexible to work evenings and weekends, when required, to meet business needs. Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to remain audit-ready at all times. Contribute to the development of a culture of Integrity, collaboration do the right thing approach in all interactions. Person Specification Essential A degree in Food Science or a related technical field.
