Technical Manager - High-Rise Residential
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of a major regeneration scheme.
As Technical Manager, you will play a role in the delivery of this scheme. You will be responsible for managing all technical and design-related matters throughout the pre-construction and delivery phases, liaising closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the design process from planning through to completion
• Manage the production and review of design information, ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and project specifications
• Work with external consultants and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Provide technical input into procurement strategies and tender documentation
• Assist in managing risk, buildability reviews, and value engineering

They are looking to hire a Technical Coordinator to work with a Technical Manager on a brand new RC Frame site, taking it from Stage 4 through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with commercial activities including procurement and reporting.
  • Monitor and control all project information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The Technical Manager will be joining a family run residential developer to assist with the delivery of two low rise housing schemes in the home counties, from early stage design through to delivery and completion. The Technical Manager will need experience of working below and above ground whilst managing multidisciplinary teams accordingly.

Salary - £75000 - £85,000

This scheme continues the series of major collaborations with one of the UKs most successful housing associations.
Responsible to the Head of Technical, main responsibilities will include, appointing and managing external consultants; production of design information in a timely manner; ensuring all drawings are checked and fully coordinated; chair and minute design team meetings; prepare developments specifications in line with the budget and liaison with third parties to obtain approval.
