Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive IT Support: Deliver effective support across hardware, software, and infrastructure environments.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Strong hands-on expertise with VOIP, Cisco Voice and Call Manager, Microsoft Teams Telephony, MPLS networks, SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network), and Meraki.
- Deep understanding of WAN, LAN, and network optimisation best practices.
- Experience managing multi-vendor environments and third-party providers
Desirable:
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Cisco Meraki, or equivalent.
- Experience in large, multi-site or multi-tenant environments.
