You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across the site. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in maintaining building fabric within commercial environments.
Candidates must be time served with 18th Edition and 2391 test and inspection qualifications. Candidates will also be required to obtain security clearance.
Hours - Mon - Fri ( 7.30AM - 4.30pm / Friday 1.30PM)
On call is 1 in 5 (£100 p/week + minimum 4 hours per call)
This is a permanent position based on Days
Responsibilities
- PPM maintenance li>Reactive maintenance
- Carry out test, servicing, diagnostic, repairs and calibrate advance electrical and mechanical installations
- Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
- Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required

- To maintain, repair and fault find on plant and machinery using various maintenance disciplines.

- Complete preventative maintenance inspections and identify and implement action plans needed to stop reoccurring faults.
