**Maps Reporting Specialist with THAI Language**
**Location** - London (22 Bishopsgate, City of London, London EC2N 4A)
**Work Model** - Hybrid.
Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Thai ? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our London team as a Maps Reporting Specialist with Thai Language! Your Responsibilities would include delivering exceptional customer support for our maps service analyzing and reporting map data to ensure precision and quality and collaborating with a global team to improve user experience.
**Skills and Requirements**
- Must have good oral & written communication skills and the ability to read, write, & speak fluent English and Thai.
- English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work are in English.
- English language skill of candidate are assessed using Apple provided Comms assessment
- Setup, configure and maintain devices for editing, testing and documentation as per instructions provided by Apple.
- Communicate and update Apple manager on status of assigned tasks.
- Liaise with other support groups in Apple.
- Graduation/15 years of education is minimum qualification requirement.
- Interest in Apple products and / or mapping (preferred but not required).
- Mac OS X experience preferred.
**Ideal candidate should have :**
+ 2+ years technical support or other problem solving experience required.- Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources.- Keen attention to detail and Self-motivated. - Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.- Perform information validation by calling if required.- QGIS skills would be an advantage.- Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.- Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.- Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources.- The ability to differentiate different types of meaning in complex situations i.e. direct communications with our customers.- Written and verbal fluency in the agreed language(s) without aids (e.g., translation software or tools).

  • Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of child protection, adhering strictly to school policies and national guidelines such as "Keeping Children Safe in Education." You'll promptly report any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, pastoral leaders, SENDCOs, parents/carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to student support.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will be someone with a genuine passion for supporting young people. You will also have:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A qualification in a related field such as Counselling, Therapeutic Practice, Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or Youth Work.

  • Experience: Proven experience (ideally 2+ years) working directly with young people aged 11-18 in a one-on-one therapeutic or intensive support role. Experience in a secondary school, PRU, or mental health setting is highly desirable.

  • Skills: Exceptional active listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. You should be patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a non-judgmental and solution-focused approach.

  • Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of UK safeguarding legislation and "Keeping Children Safe in Education" guidance.

About the role

The Department of Mathematics has a popular undergraduate programme with around 900 enrolled students. Supported by a £500 grant to redevelop our mathematics programmes, the department is seeking to recruit a Teaching Fellow in Mathematics Education. The main duties of the post will be to develop and teach undergraduate modules in Mathematics and specifically in Mathematics Education. The postholder will work with the department's outreach teaching fellow to manage and develop the department's relationship with the Imperial College Mathematics School in North London. The postholder can expect to be involved in all aspects of the department's teaching, e.g. as a personal tutor and project supervisor, and by contributing to the efficient running of teaching within the department.

What you would be doing

This role has a substantial curriculum development component. You will work closely with the project team and with students as partners to develop a novel statistics curriculum that is collaborative, discovery-based and informed by global challenges. You will carry out appropriate scholarly activities to develop your disciplinary pedagogic knowledge, including the evaluation of the redeveloped programmes.

You will teach within both established and new programmes of study, taking responsibility for individual modules by delivering lectures and running problem classes, piloting newly developed resources as appropriate. You will also have pastoral responsibility for a small number of undergraduate tutees and supervise student projects.
