Do you have a passion for video storytelling and creating meaningful content?
We’re looking for a creative and compassionate Content Creator to help showcase the incredible people, moments, and values at the heart of our care homes. This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Content Creator ready to take their next step towards leading an organisation’s social media and online presence.
As our Content Creator, you’ll play a vital role in sharing the warmth, professionalism, and daily life within our care homes. You’ll craft compelling content that highlights resident stories, staff dedication, events, and why our homes challenge most peoples perceptions of life in a care home.
Some of your duties will include:
- Capturing authentic, respectful and heartwarming video content that showcase our resident’s life and care experiences li>Creating engaging images, videos and copy; monitoring and creating content for our websites and social media and online platforms.
- Deliver campaigns and online copy that promotes our values aligning with our tone of voice
You will need to be able to build strong, informal working relationships across the organisation so that you can identify and write the ‘stories’ that set us apart from other care providers.
You will be highly creative, with an eye for capturing those special moments, but will also have the ability to pitch and adapt quickly and appropriately. You will be skilled in video production, editing and storytelling. You will be used to a busy workload and your focus will be on developing and adapting our social media and online activity. You will also be comfortable with supporting the wider marketing team with answering queries.

About the role
We are looking for a commercially savvy Content Creator (Consumer) to join our growing Commercial Growth Team, working across our leading food and health titles. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through digital content, connecting our and food and health-conscious readers with the best products and innovations in the kitchenware and wellness spaces.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll combine your passion for writing, kitchenware and health with a sharp eye for social trends and a good understanding of affiliate and content marketing. Whether it’s reviewing new kitchenware gadgets, comparing nutritional supplements for a TikTok video, or writing engaging long form articles for Apple News, your content will help readers make smarter choices — while delivering commercial value for our brands, Good Food and olive.
This role reports to the Affiliates Lead within the Commercial Growth Team and works closely with brand leads and editors.
As a Content Creator, you will;
- Write engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised articles that feature or review food, health, and wellness products against consistent testing criteria
- Confidently present products on video to drive engagement and sales — for YouTube and social media
- Collaborate with brand leads and editors to create timely long-from content which increases audience reach and engagement across 3rd party news platforms, such as Apple News
- Work with the wider commercial and affiliate teams to identify high-performing product content opportunities and use performance data (e.g. clicks, sales) to refine and optimise content
- Collaborate with the Affiliates Lead to plan content around key retail moments (e.g. January, Black Friday etc)
- Stay on top of emerging products and wellness trends, and pitch ideas for timely and relevant content
- Build relationships with PRs to secure product samples and insights
Requirements
- A strong writer with a portfolio of editorial work, ideally in lifestyle, health, or product reviews content
- Comfortable and confident on camera — experience in video content creation is essential
- A genuine interest in health, food, lifestyle and wellness products and trends
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing or commerce content
- Familiar with SEO for digital content
- Ability to balance editorial integrity with commercial objectives
- A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to test, learn, and grow in a fast-paced digital publishing environment

The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly skilled, gaming-obsessed social content creator to take on the day-to-day creative output for Activision Blizzard and its stable of genre-defining titles, including Call of Duty, World of Warcraft and Diablo.
The brand's channels are at the cutting edge of gaming social, so we need a true TikTok native who’s on the pulse of what matters to gaming audiences online – as knowledgeable about the social trends shaping their feeds as the gaming conversations on their minds.
This person needs to be a hands-on content creator with a Swiss army knife of skillsets: excited about ideating ideas big and small, turning images into memes, filming and editing hilarious TikToks, writing sharp captions, and capturing BTS, as well as comfortable working directly with clients.
What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Created fun, engaging content for one of the world's biggest gaming publishers.
- Responsible for daily content creation (with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube as priority channels), delivering social and creative excellence.
- Ideating at speed, turning thoughts into concepts into social posts – which genuinely matter to our gaming-obsessed audiences.
- Pulling clips and moments from games/trailers and turning them into witty/sharp/funny social posts.
- Finding and providing gaming community, industry and social insights to drive creative relevance.
- Levelling up the social presence for some of the most culturally relevant, exciting games in the world.
- Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions.
- Supporting the Senior Content Creator and Senior Social Media Manager with other social listening, insights and creative ideation.
- Creating design briefs and working with internal videographers/designers to deliver a steady drumbeat of exceptional, social-first video content.
- Contribute to the daily newsroom within the department.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- An energetic and innovative social creator, either from a content creator or creative background, with experience in creating fast-paced social content for brands.
- This person lives for the FYP and viral memes. They’re fully immersed in gaming content and communities on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and beyond, as well as everything else bubbling up online.
- Have a TikTok/Reels-first mindset when it comes to social, getting as excited by low-fi internet-y content as they are by bigger creative concepts. Nothing would excite them more than that love for gaming culture into a job, making fast-paced, unfiltered content.
- Being comfortable in front of a camera is also a plus.
