We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter who will support the smooth running of our Heart of House operations. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our Heart of House operations by ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times in our kitchen 
  • Ensuring our kitchen team have access to clean and sanitised cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes and cutlery etc at all times
  • Adhering to all TOCA Social standards and guidelines as well as statutory regulations at all times e.g. Health & Safety, Food Safety and Allergy processes
  • Being a team player who’s ready to support other departments as needed, especially during events

**Purpose of Role**
The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

You'll be solving problems in the moment, so any experience you have in leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment would be beneficial, as you'll be responsible, alongside the store management team, to achieve results through making an impact and achieving goals and creating our best moments through operational excellence. You'll be an ambassador for our partner networks, making sure our partners know, here they belong.

+ Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners and inspiring best moments and the Starbucks Experience for our partners and customers
+ Setting priorities by leveraging existing tools and resources to determine roles and delegate tasks, looking at ways to drive the profitability of your store
+ Inspiring and motivating the store team to make every moment right for our partners and customers, including pre-empting and adapting to any potential issues and addressing/resolving any that arise to optimise the customer experience
+ Identifying teachable moments to share best practices with the team
+ Seeing challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
+ Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties
+ Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
+ Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
