Role Responsibilities

Qualifications & Characteristics
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- A passion for holistic wellness and a willingness to learn and integrate new techniques into your practice.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional treatments (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Sports massage, Acupuncture, Reiki) tailored to each client’s needs
- Travel to clients’ homes, hotels, or private studios, or host in your own professional space
- Maintain the highest hygiene, presentation, and service standards
- Provide a calm, professional, and punctual experience for every client
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and management
- Supply your own professional equipment and products (massage table, oils, acupuncture needles, linens, etc.)

Salary:£12.36 per hour,5% treatment commission and 10% retail commission.
Hours:20 hours per week,over 3 days.
Each PIG hotel has its own totally unique single treatment rooms built in the grounds in converted Potting Sheds. Our guests love this quirky yet truly indulgent experience,the Therapists who run the Potting sheds are really the heroes of the story here.
Our treatment rooms are beautiful,tranquil,healing spaces that are set in a unique environment. Our Therapists guide their guests through the luscious hotel grounds,whilst providing valuable information of how they can tailor the treatment specific to their guests individual needs.
Our Therapists understand that there is nothing wrong with mixing different massage techniques to suit the task in hand.
As Therapist at THE PIG,you will actively take part in providing massage and facial treatments to our guests. When not in treatments,you will be responsible for assigned responsibilities relating to the team as well as acting as a General Assistant within the hotel.
The ideal candidate will be confident and enjoy delighting our guests plus CIDESO or CIBTAC qualified. Experience in a similar role with demonstrable skill is essential.
