Experienced Multi Trade required in Bristol to work on social housing properties, mainly doing disrepair response work in South Bristol. 

Salary will be between £34-35,000 per annum van and fuel card. 

Multi Trade Day to Day:

• All aspects of domestic responsive maintenance work
• Completing a variety of works in various all trades 
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Going to various jobs in the day completing repairs
• Speaking with customers keeping them at ease
• Explaining work to customers and managing their expectations
• Logging your work on a tablet

Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate

• Plumbing qualification or time served
• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
