The Role

  • Effectively manage Capita off-shore relationship to ensure product uploads are timely and site standards are upheld upon new products going live
  • Manage, test and optimise onsite merchandising and product rankings in order to maximise our commercial ambitions
  • Optimise the search and navigation functionality to deliver greater product discovery and on-site engagement
  • Work closely with the B&M departments to ensure stock levels, sell through rates, allocation, newness and replenishment are all factored into the digital trading plan
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help optimise traffic performance by highlight product or category opportunities within the trading plan
