Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including pro forma modeling, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis for potential acquisitions.
  • Perform market research and feasibility studies to assess property values, demand, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead the due diligence process for acquisitions, coordinating with legal counsel, surveyors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, term sheets, and other transaction-related documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.
  • Prepare investment committee memorandums and presentations to secure internal approvals for acquisitions.
  • Manage the closing process for property transactions, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the company's real estate investment portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or corporate real estate.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, valuation methods, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with various property types and deal structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in real estate market data platforms (e.g., CoStar, PropertyCom).
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation related to real estate transactions.
