In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Fleet Managers through the fulfillment of multiple customers specific contractual commitments, in a profitable manner. These commitments include specific deliverables in equipment management, production optimisation, safety, sustainability, and financial performance. You will work directly with customer executive management, plant management, and various levels of dealer personnel.
The Fleet Management Supervisor has primary responsibility for managing the assigned Fleet Management team, the team's Customer and Dealer partnerships, Dealer profitability results, in addition to directly managing some Fleet Management agreements as assigned.

+ Support, development, and supervision of Fleet Managers to provide the best customer experience possible.
+ Oversight of the EPP Compliance Management program
+ Achieving alignment of various parties at Caterpillar, Dealers, and key end-user personnel.
+ Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships necessary to effectively execute Fleet Management objectives
