• S4HANA Experience
• Identify development objects required to support to be process and work with development team to agree the initial list and scope for WRICEFs
• Identify all data objects and work with Data Team to create object repository and commence data mapping for master data objects
• Complete all SAP L3 Business Process Signavio Flows for SAP Transportation Management
• Support reporting team to ensure SAP Transportation Management reporting requirements are captured
• Ensure coordination of cross stream topics and integration points are managed/progress to support the L3 Process design -
• Support the Change Team to identify and document the change impacts associated with the SAP Transportation Management design
• Be fluent in English and an excellent communicator
• SC cleared
• Be flexible in travel arrangements with workshops required in UK, NL, DE and also run remotely. Meetings in CG offices for integration purposes also required.

Amazonu2019s Carrier Managers play a central role in our global business. They keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Retail teams and everything in between. Youu2019ll help us optimise our supply chains to make our customer experience even better and our business more energy and cost efficient.



Key job responsibilities

Your team's responsibilities:



Continuous Improvement Management with carriers

Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges

Support the planning and organisation of complex projects

Support Contract management and contract compliance for existing and new routes/carrier

Recommend Line Haul carrier allocation to routes/replacements (based on optimum of cost and performance)

Prepare and participate recurrent Ops calls, business reviews, QBRs, Customer Service workshops (to support the improvement plans)

Develop relationships with Line Haul providers that facilitate communication and visibility across Amazonu2019s line haul network



To be successful in this role, you need a passion for making data driven decisions which will have direct impact on customer experience. Some keys to your success are the ability to be an effective communicator to various audiences. The ability to remain flexible and adapt to learning new tools and systems is instrumental in your role on the team. A day in the life

Being a Carrier Manager for Amazon involves lots of problem solving. Youu2019ll work with a number of teams to navigate challenges when situations impact our network. Youu2019ll spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives. This role is both proactive and reactive, and youu2019ll have the opportunity to help forecast and plan for new projects.



As a Carrier Manager, youu2019ll support with both on-the-ground tasks and more tactical work. No two days will be the same. Having variety in your role means youu2019ll learn something new every day.
