Our client is a well-respected organisation who employ in excess of 1500 people across Yorkshire & Humber and as part of their facilities area they require 2 tree surgeons to join their team on a permanent basis and work Monday to Friday day time hours up to a maximum of 37 hours per week. Ideally this will be experienced tree surgeons who have carried out all aspects of tree maintenance and include crown thinning, crown lifting, felling and general tree management. All this experience will be been under BS 3998 and BS 8545 and have a valid C1E to be able to tow trailers. Included in this package is a great pension scheme to opt into and 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
This role will involve:
Work on the ground and climbing trees to complete work
Using power saws and or hand saws
Taking responsibility for a safe on-site working
Shredding and chipping
Pruning, trimming and felling trees
General landscape ground maintenance
