The successful candidate will be answering and triaging telephone calls. Daily cover of reception drop ins - scanning of the documents and adding to correct files, triaging email inboxes, database work, telephone payments, providing support to Local Land Charges
The service uses a number of IT packages so it is important that all applicants are comfortable with this.
Training is provided but the candidate must be competent users of IT packages. Confidence and experience of dealing with difficult customers is required as the service customers can be challenging.

Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to provide front line clerical support in a Primary or Nursery School, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. The postholder will be responsible for responding to changes in procedures and IT systems and for ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school office. As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Assistant/Coordinator.

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements
