- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a significant focus on higher education and online learning environments.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, pedagogy, and andragogy.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design) is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
