**About the role**
We're looking for an **Associate User Researcher** to join our team at Entrust. In this role, you'll:
+ Participate in all aspects of the user research process across different problem areas from strategic discovery to UX/usability testing;
+ Support and eventually own the entire research process: problem definition and scoping, recruitment, note-taking, data analysis and management, insight generation, and storytelling.
+ Develop a mixed methods approach by combining qualitative insights with metrics and product analytics
+ Work within an agile product development team, while also supporting initiatives for marketing and sales;
+ Surface insights that shape the direction of the company;
+ Be a key contributor in growing the maturity of our User Research practice.
As an Associate User Researcher, we understand you may be early in your career, so we'll provide learning opportunities, mentorship and support as you develop. **You'll** **start by supporting smaller, well-scoped pieces of work and as you build confidence,** **you'll** **take on more responsibility and greater challenges** **.**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ You have 1-3 years of experience in user research or have led qualitative research within your own field;
+ Have basic training in design research, user-centred design, or UX methods
**Demonstrate the following qualities:**
+ Organised, resourceful, with a keen eye for detail
+ Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and excited about solving big problems
+ Strong communication, can distil complex concepts and ideas into clear, actionable messages
