Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify user and system requirements for web and app.
  • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and design systems.

  • Develop intuitive user flows for all design products.
  • Produce stunning UI elements, in addition to high and low fidelity prototypes.

You Will:

  • Have experience in the Fintech, Banking, or working for a SaaS industry.
  • Have an exceptional portfolio, showcasing previous work.
  • Be highly proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CS.
  • Have excellent verbal and written commutation skills.
  • Be able to work both independently, and with the rest of the team.

This is a hybrid role, based in Central London, so you must be commutable to this location, or plan on relocating before starting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing high-converting website interfaces in Figma  with creativity and purpose.
  • Using Photoshop  to assist with supporting visuals.
  • Applying a deep understanding of user behaviour  to design for engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborating with our SEO, branding, and development teams.
  • Managing multiple client website and branding projects simultaneously.
  • Supporting other departments with design input and creative guidance.

  • 3 - 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio  of website and UI/UX work.
  • A solid grasp of typography, layout, and composition.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • A naturally likeable, approachable  and client-friendly personality.
  • Understanding of business and human psychology to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to manage your own projects and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Comfortable with occasional branding tasks and feedback implementation.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude  with a hunger to learn and grow.
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration and always seeks to improve.
