  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and impactful design work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
  • Experience designing for complex applications and data-rich interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial but not required.
  • A keen eye for visual detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional interfaces.
