As AVP of Manufacturing and Automotive, you will lead with vision, strategy, and execution to deliver on the following:
Strategic Leadership and Growth
- Shape and execute Salesforce’s sales strategy for Manufacturing and Automotive, driving substantial year-over-year revenue growth.
- Build Salesforce’s presence within these industries, expanding into new accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers to maximise loyalty and retention.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and innovation to position Salesforce as a market leader.
- Lead and inspire a sales organization that includes Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a disciplined focus on deal closure and execution.
- Establish robust sales processes and key performance metrics to create predictable, scalable growth at all levels.
- Drive operational rigour through data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with leaders across Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Sales Strategy, and Employee Success to align strategies and resources that enhance customer outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the UKI CEO, influencing decisions that drive Salesforce’s growth and impact.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or applications sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving growth in complex, matrixed organizations.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Build a detailed regional business plan, including product-line roadmaps, sales projections, JV or target-acquisition strategies, and CapEx requirements.
Organization & Talent: Design a phased organization chart and hiring roadmap; lead interviewing, recruitment, and team-structure optimization to scale capabilities in line with business milestones.
P&L & Target Ownership: Deliver on annual revenue, margin, and market-share goals as part of the broader EU performance objectives.
OKR Management: Establish clear, measurable OKRs for all direct reports and ensure alignment and accountability across the regional team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with Telcos, Tier-1 banks, regulators, and fintech partners; negotiate major contracts and partnership agreements.
Performance Reporting: Track and report regularly on key financial and operational metrics, adapting strategy based on market feedback and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced finance/business qualification preferred
- 10+ years’ senior leadership in the EU BFSI/Telco market, with proven P&L accountability
- Demonstrated success selling digital-security, payment-technology, smart-card solutions, or module packaging to banks, telcos and financial regulators
- Strong strategic-planning, financial-modeling, and investment-analysis skills
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performance teams in emerging-market environments
- Exceptional stakeholder-management, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages a plus

**Structured Trading Group (STG)** is the main hub for Structured Products at MUFG. The desk is responsible for the structuring, trading and management of Structured Derivatives in Interest Rates, FX and Hybrid products. STG services the clients of MUFG and its affiliates by leveraging their best in class infrastructure, product expertise and sophisticated risk management capabilities to deliver bespoked products and solutions consistently across the regions.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
Main structurer in the STG department with the objectives of Franchise Development through dedicated client service in pricing, structuring and idea generation that enhance values. Manage risks associated with the business. Work in partnership with sales, trading and cross departmental partners to deliver a sustainable, client focused business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ responsible for working in partnership with broader GM, GCIB and JCIB teams to develop the business globally
+ responsible for pricing, trading with clients and managing risks for structured products

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
