Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Proven Visual merchandising  expertise: Solid experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on Beauty brands in retail / concessions environments. 
  • Beauty/Fragrance Industry Experience: Experience working for beauty or fragrance brands is highly desirable.
  • Education relevant to the field of visual merchandising.
  • Excellent Time Management: The ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and work at a fast pace.
  • Ambitious and looking for a challenge.
  • Proficiency in Adobe illustrator, InDesign and Sketch up

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement captivating window displays and in-store visual merchandising concepts.
  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and buying teams on seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Source and manage inventory of props, fixtures, and display materials.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are met and provide feedback.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on visual merchandising techniques.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for visual merchandising improvements.
  • Present visual merchandising plans to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills.
  • Excellent understanding of retail design, spatial planning, and current trends.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the specified region.
