The Role 

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Extensive experience in visual merchandising, with a track record of leading large-scale retail environments as well as smaller scale department store counters, ideally in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of how VM drives sales and enhances brand equity, with the ability to align creative concepts to business goals.
  • Strong awareness of retail and consumer trends.
  • Excellent ability to manage complex, multi-market projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver under tight timelines.
