The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work, preferably within the fashion retail sector. A proven track record of managing visual merchandising teams and successfully implementing VM strategies is essential. Excellent spatial awareness, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics are required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are necessary to effectively manage the team and collaborate with other departments. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to interpret brand strategies and translate them into impactful visual displays. Experience with planograms and store layout planning.
