Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising plans and concepts aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Create compelling window displays and in-store merchandising layouts that attract customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across all designated locations.
- Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising best practices, product placement, and display techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan product flow to support visual merchandising initiatives.
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising innovations.
- Manage the budget for visual merchandising materials and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all displays are maintained to a high standard of presentation.
- Contribute to store design and refurbishment projects from a visual perspective.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising concepts and execution.
- Excellent understanding of retail design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to sketch concepts and create detailed visual plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- A passion for fashion, retail, and creating impactful customer experiences.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to store locations within the designated region.
- A degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

We are working with this an award-winning creative agency who are looking to hire an experienced Creative Project Manager who will work with a wide range of global clients within multiple sectors delivering successful immersive experiences covering experiential and retail including window displays and pop up stores.
You will be responsible for coordinating a mixture of projects from start to finish, leading the project from the initial brief through to on-site delivery and have excellent client liaison and account management skills.
Ideally you will have relevant work experience within similar sectors with an understanding of CAD Design, and the ability to liaise directly with clients along with subcontracts and the companies own inhouse fabrication team.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
