Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities across multiple sites in Rotherham. This role will focus on ensuring efficient processing of eCommerce orders and phone orders for our retail stores, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations
  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives, providing support, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatching of eCommerce and retail orders
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including goods receipt and returns

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

5. Leadership & Communication
