The shift patterns available:

06:00 to 14:00

Flexibility may be required to cover temporarily the PM shift 14:00 to 22:00

Job duties include:

Manage and motivate a team of operatives to meet production targets and product specifications
Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external and follow good manufacturing practices
To attend Line Leader meetings
To assist in the training and development of new starters
To act as a role model for best practice
Work alongside staff on the production line
Ad Hoc production duties

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in a similar field
