- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and our global clients.
- Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
- Experience as a 360 Contract Recruiter with a proven track record of success - ideally with a focus on roles within the Renewable Energy sector, particularly Offshore Wind.
- Strong understanding of the energy/engineering sector and its talent landscape.
