Your Mission- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for digital healthcare manufacturing applications, considering usability, accessibility and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure alignment with user requirements and feasibility within technical constraints.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience, adhering to best design practices, usability and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
- Collate feedback from internal teams, stakeholders and external users to iterate and improve on designs.
- Provide design assets, specifications and guidelines for development, and review UI implementation to ensure fidelity to designs.
- Stay up to date on healthcare design trends, UX/UI best practices and emerging design technologies (e.g. AI).
- Create graphics and videos for social media, slide presentations, brochures, posters and other digital assets or printed materials when required.
- And any other duties which we may reasonably assign to you.
- Has a degree in UX/UI Design or another related degree in the creative space.
- A strong thinker, creative problem solver and an efficient doer.
- Experience with motion graphics and video/audio editing.
- Effective and clear communicator orally and written; excellent presenter.
- Has experience developing and maintaining a design system.
- Has worked with Adobe Creative Suite and other visual and interaction design tools/systems e.g Figma
- Has experience creating and maintaining branding materials e.g. prints – brochures, banners, business cards, and digital – infographics, presentations, icons, logos.
- Can work well in a team but is also independent and self-driven and well organised.

Your Mission- Managing one or more client projects for the delivery of autoloMATE® solutions, working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitating internal initiatives to support the development of the autoloMATE® software platform
- Leading cross‑functional collaboration to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Facilitating day‑to‑day communication, arranging and leading conference calls with clients
- Developing project controls in line with Autolomous’s project management framework
- Managing and maintaining detailed project plans, issues and risks logs, change control logs and other collateral throughout the project life cycle
- Developing regular status dashboard reports for external and internal stakeholders.
- Developing summary project updates for steering committee forums and senior stakeholders.
- Participating in the Autolomous BA/PM community forum, and provide constructive feedback for improvement to the Autolomous project management methodology.
- You have proven experience in a lead PM role and stakeholder management
- You are a team player, but also independent and self‑driven and well‑organised
- You are delivery focused and a creative problem solver with ability to navigate project issuesYou possess good organisational skills with the ability to escalate appropriately and timely
- You have strong time‑management capabilities, and a keen attention to detail.
- You have experience utilising Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools
- Have a degree in life sciences, computer science or a business‑related degree
- Have industry‑specific experience, not necessarily in an analyst capacity
- Have guiding and coaching experience for more junior Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices
