Site Installation Engineer, £40,000 - £50,000 | Leicestershire Office with UK Wide Travel

• £40k£50k + overtime at time & a third
• 40 hours per week, no weekend working
• Field-based role approx. 70% UK travel / time away from home
• Core focus on installation, with commissioning and service work forming a smaller part of the position.
• Industrial emissions systems (SCR) for marine & industrial applications

This is a hands-on field installation role, working on industrial sites across the UK, installing emissions systems used on generators, engines and heavy plant.

What you'll be doing as a Site Installation Engineer

• Carrying out mechanical and electrical installation work on industrial equipment and systems
• Installing and assembling components using engineering drawings and installation packs
• Supporting equipment commissioning, testing, snagging and fault finding on customer sites
• Working with pipework, containment, brackets, panels and associated mechanical assemblies
• Assisting with workshop assembly and preparation when not on site
• Travelling to customer sites across the UK to complete installation projects

Your background as a Site Installation Engineer

• Background in mechanical fitting, electrical installation, site engineering or field service
• Experience installing, assembling or maintaining industrial machinery, plant or process equipment
• Multi-skilled with a good mechanical aptitude and basic electrical installation knowledge.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and interpreting engineering drawings
• Happy working on customer sites with regular UK travel and occasional nights away
• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality and safety

Euro Projects Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Thame, UK. The role entails supporting production and improving manufacturing processes within a leading advanced manufacturing business.

You'll work cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading your own projects. The position offers a starting salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 along with 25 days of holiday and a standard workweek.

Manufacturing Engineer. Oxfordshire, OX9, Thame, Aylesbury, Oxford.

Joining the Operations team of a well‑established and growing UK based advanced manufacturing business, you will play a key role in supporting production, improving manufacturing processes, and contributing to ongoing operational excellence within a technically driven environment.

The role is extremely varied, working cross‑functionally with Production, Quality & Engineering, providing incredible diversity in your engineering career and exposure to working in an SME environment.

• Support production and manufacturing processes.
• Improve processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Quality & Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with H&S / COSHH regulations and create risk assessments.
• Lead and run own projects, with seniority and scope for progress.

• Degree educated Engineer or similar (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Electro‑Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement or production environments.
• Background in advanced engineering industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, General Manufacturing, Food / Process or Pharma.
• Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.
• Experience working with capital equipment, industrial machinery, CNC machinery.
• Installation, service, commissioning or general maintenance experience; PLC, controls or electrical knowledge is useful but not a necessity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders in a dynamic SME environment.

Starting salary £40,000 - £45,000 (TBC), 25 days holiday, 37.5 hour week, 8am‑4pm Mon‑Fri. The role is commutable from Oxford, Aylesbury, Bicester, High Wycombe, Haddenham, Thame, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
