Do you have 1–2 years’ recruitment experience and want to accelerate your career on a fast-paced, high-earning contract desk? If you're commercially sharp, competitive, and thrive in an environment where speed = success, Explore Group is hiring Associate Consultants to join our high-performance London office.
You’ll inherit a warm contract market, receive hands‑on coaching from top billers, and step into a role where you can build deep client relationships, fill roles fast, and scale your contractor base — all with uncapped earning potential.
Please note: This role is 100% office-based in our Central London HQ. If you need hybrid or remote, this won’t be the right match.
What You’ll Be DoingAs an Associate Contract Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the full 180–360 contract recruitment cycle, including:
- Managing and growing a warm contract market
- Quickly sourcing and shortlisting high-quality contractors
- Writing impactful job ads and running targeted sourcing campaigns
- Headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound channels, and referrals
- Managing the contractor lifecycle: onboarding, compliance, extensions, negotiations
- Building long‑term relationships with clients & understanding their contract hiring plans
- Rapid role qualification and fast turnaround submissions
- Generating new business opportunities and contributing to desk growth
- Owning your pipeline, performance, and market mapping
This is a high‑velocity role where speed, relationship‑building, and commercial instincts drive results.
