Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times
Represent the company professionally while on route
Work independently and manage daily route requirements
Requirements for Class 2 Food Waste Collection Driver: Valid UK Class 2 (Category xehkeey C) licence
Previous experience in driving or waste collection preferred
Ability to work independently on solo routes
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early starts
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Physically fit due to the nature of the role
Good communication skills

- Understanding of Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
- Experience with automated production or material processing equipment and industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Profinet/ProfiSafe, Sick Safety PLCs)
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Experience with heat welding
- Experience with radio frequency (RF) welding
- Experience working in an autonomous environment but knowing when to ask for support when needed
