Your Mission
As a Yacht Charter Broker, you will deliver Pelorus’ outstanding yacht charters from enquiry to execution. Collaborating with a dynamic, high-performance team, you will help develop and manage new yacht business, maintain excellent customer acquisition, achieve sales targets, and build strategic partnerships to assist brand marketing efforts.
The Impact You’ll Create
Contribute to the evolution of luxury yachting by delivering transformative, boundary-pushing charter experiences across the globe.
Leverage a robust network of UHNW/HNW yacht clients.
Develop and manage new yacht business to accelerate the growth of the Pelorus Yachting.
YourResponsibilities
Establish and manage a pipeline and method for revenue generation, with the ability to close inbound leads and identify new opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end charter process, ensuring operations run smoothly.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients and industry partners, driving high-quality lead generation.
Maintain strong connections within the industry and in-depth knowledge of best-in-class yachts worldwide.
Represent Pelorus Yachting at key industry events, ensuring the company’s presence and visibility.
What You’llBring
You are a client-facing expert and motivated professional with over three years of experience as a Charter Broker. You have a proven track record of generating revenue and achieving targets, and an established network of industry contacts. Your mindset it proactive, resourceful, and relentlessly curious.
