This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on location for significant periods for vessel management and crew training, with potential for remote administrative tasks and strategic planning. Based in or near Derby, Derbyshire, UK , you will be responsible for the safety, security, and efficient running of the assigned yacht(s), ensuring compliance with all international maritime regulations and company policies. Your duties will include navigation, voyage planning, budget management, maintenance oversight, and leading a professional crew. You'll need to demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, a deep understanding of maritime law, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence. This role demands a strong technical aptitude for yacht systems and a proven ability to manage complex logistics and unexpected challenges. Key Responsibilities:
