Your Role

As a Cloud Transformation Managing Consultant or Senior Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will be instrumental in guiding organisations through their cloud adoption journey.

Your Profile

We’re looking for individuals with experience in some of the following areas:

  • Leading or managing medium-to-large cloud & infrastructure programmes (e.g. cloud transformations, data centre exits, data centre transformations)
  • Leading or managing cloud migrations with at least one of AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Aligning cloud & infrastructure strategies to business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with DevOps, FinOps, platform engineering and SRE is desirable
  • Change and adoption for business and IT (training, communication etc.) is nice to have
  • Leading cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring programme timelines and benefits realization
  • Strong programme governance including business case, dependency management, roadmap, RAID, exec reporting, scope/SOW management
  • Stakeholder management across senior execs, finance, procurement, engineering, security and operations
  • Risk, compliance and security awareness and how they influence programme decisions
  • Ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and managing supplier relationships
  • Certifications in one or more of MSP, PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, Prince2, Certified Scrum Master are nice to have

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for some or all of  the following experience and core capabilities from our Senior Manager-level candidates: 

  • Evidence of having advised and worked with Executive level clients, and how you influenced  key digital operating model decisions, such as central vs local, Business/IT ways interface, CoEs, retained organisation etc. 

  • Experience of product-centric  operating models 

  • Experience of service-led  models and the challenges of defining service ownership   

  • Experience in leading  and delivering digital operating model engagements, covering some or all of the core dimensions (i.e. processes and tooling, organisational structure, data, governance, accountability and decision-making leadership and culture.) 

  • Experience working with large Government organisations and/or global private companies 

  • Experience in defining transformation roadmaps  and supporting business cases  

  • Broad knowledge of digital technology industry trends, including but not limited to: AI/GenAI/Agentic AI , Agile at Scale, DevSecOps, journey-to-cloud, low code/no-code solution development, etc.  

  • Experience in IT Service Management/ SIAM Transformation is desired but not required 

  • Demonstration of core management consulting skills , including storyboarding, comparative and analytical analysis, project and workstream management, written and oral presentation skills, gaining buy-in and the ability to quickly build productive and trusting relationships 

In addition to the capabilities mentioned above, we are looking for an additional set of experiences to help grow our people, sales and internal capabilities: 

  • Evidence of managing teams , in complex (e.g. large scale, political, multi-speed) environments  

  • Evidence of supporting the growth of junior colleagues  and the development of internal capability 

  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships  with senior client stakeholders 

  • Evidence of having successfully delivered positive client outcomes, and developing opportunities for follow-on work ; experience in leading and supporting sales efforts, as well as shaping deals  and engagement commercials  

  • Evidence of achieving sales targets of at least £1Mio per annum

Your Role

  • Develop automation scripts with minimal supervision, including estimates and test setup
  • Execute automated tests and maintain progress tracking with supporting evidence
  • Communicate test execution details, data used, and defects to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand Gherkin scenarios and conditions
  • Design query logs, mind maps, and flowcharts for test clarity
  • Build automation code using Java, Selenium, JQuery, and Cucumber
  • Set up and run automated tests, logging results and raising defects
  • Transition stable scripts to release and feature teams, ensuring smooth handover

Your Profile

  • Proficient in automation testing using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and JQuery
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, Jenkins setup, and banking domain practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to assess complex automation challenges under tight timelines
  • Knowledgeable in HTML DOM structure and application (ROLB)
  • Effective communicator with stakeholders during automation and dry-run phases
  • Capable of guiding team members on technical and application-related queries
