As a Senior Manager in the business, you will be instrumental in nurturing and developing client relationships; managing successful client project delivery; and developing teams and people. Your role will include the following:

We are looking for candidates with a proven consulting track record of delivering value in their career to date and who enjoy working collaboratively with clients and have a passion for developing people. We would love to meet someone with:
- Sector Understanding - experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with an understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain and how it needs to change to meet the challenges of the energy transition.
- Consulting Experience - Experience of working in a major business or technology consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a consulting background.
- Adaptability and Learning Mindset - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry developments.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in report writing, presenting findings, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Project / Workstream Management - Experience in leading and managing projects or workstreams, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Qualities - Ability to mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Capacity to inspire trust and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

As a Director in our Analytics & AI practice you will be responsible for new business and selling data science opportunities.
